I have always been interested in the interactions between man-made structures and the environment, especially the marine environment. Over time, this has paired with an interest in the intersection of hazards and fluid mechanics, with a more recent and growing interest in operations.

Outside of my desk, you can find me trying a rotating variety of hobbies. In the past, these included: soap-making, furniture flipping, and perfecting guava pastries… although constant ones include hammocking and cycling.
